Fabio Capello has announced a 23-man squad ahead of Wednesdays friendly with Spain.The squad includes David Beckham who will now get the chance to equal Bobby Moores 108 caps. Other noticeable inclusions come in the form of James Milner and Carlton Cole who both received their first call up. There are also rare chances for the likes of Robert Green, Phil Jagielka and Luke Young.Speaking on the recall of Beckham Capello said: Beckham is a very important player. The form of David is okay now; Ive watched him in one game in Milan. Galbiati and Franco Baldini saw his other games.He is fit now. Every player in the squad has to play, not just train. This is important for David and for us. He is better than he was six months ago.Wayne Rooney has not been given the nod by Capello, whose choice it was to decide whether he was fit or not.
